Fitment is the buyer's responsibility

Every product page lists the manufacturer's own vehicle application data under Compatible Vehicles, along with any restrictions on drivetrain, transmission, or suspension options. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a part fits their specific vehicle before ordering.

Porsche fitment varies by model year, generation, drivetrain, transmission, and factory options such as PASM and PDCC. Two cars of the same model year may take different parts. If your exact configuration is not named in the Compatible Vehicles list, the part is not intended for your vehicle.

If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. We're glad to help identify the right part. Parts ordered in error and subsequently installed are not returnable.

Product descriptions and pricing

We work to describe products accurately using manufacturer-supplied data. We do not warrant that descriptions, specifications, or other content are error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, including after an order is submitted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Installation

Performance parts should be installed by a qualified technician. Suspension components affect vehicle handling, braking, and safety. Improper installation can cause component failure, loss of vehicle control, injury, or death. Alignment must be performed after any suspension change.

FlatSixSpirit is not responsible for installation costs, labor, alignment, diagnostic charges, towing, rental vehicles, or any other consequential expense.

Vehicle warranty and emissions

Modifying your vehicle may affect its factory warranty. Consult your dealer before installing aftermarket parts.

Certain products are sold for off-road or competition use only and are not legal for use on public roads. Where this applies, it is stated on the product page. It is the buyer's responsibility to comply with all federal, state, and local laws governing vehicle modification and emissions equipment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlatSixSpirit's total liability for any claim arising from a product or this website is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, product descriptions, and design — is the property of FlatSixSpirit or its suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer names, part numbers, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted at the time of your order governs that order.
