aFe Power Magnum FLOW OE Replacement Air Filter with Pro DRY S Media is a direct-fit panel for the 914 and the naturally aspirated 924. It replaces the disposable paper element in the factory airbox and outflows it — with no filter oil at any stage.
This is the dry filter. Pro DRY S uses three layers of progressive oil-free synthetic media. It gives up a little peak airflow to the oiled Pro 5R and gives you back a filter you wash, dry and refit. On an air-cooled 914 or an early 924 that sits between drives, no oil to migrate anywhere is a fair trade. If you want maximum airflow instead, the oiled version is part number 30-10075.

Note: Part number 31-10075 is supplied as a single filter. The supplied fitment for this part number lists the naturally aspirated 924 — the 924 Turbo application appears under the Pro 5R part number 30-10075. Clean at regular service intervals with aFe's dry-filter cleaner only; never apply filter oil to Pro DRY S media, and let the element dry fully before refitting.
