aFe Power Magnum FLOW OE Replacement Air Filter with Pro 5R Media drops straight into the factory airbox on your Boxster or Cayman and retires the disposable paper element for good. aFe measures it outflowing the stock filter by up to 19% — sharper throttle response and a little more horsepower and torque, with no other changes to the car.

This is the oiled filter. Pro 5R uses five layers of progressively finer mesh cotton gauze, factory-oiled and tested at 98.6% filtration efficiency — the highest-flowing drop-in media aFe makes. It is washable and reusable, but it has to be cleaned and re-oiled at service intervals using aFe's Pro 5R restore kit. Go easy on the oil: an over-oiled element can contaminate a mass airflow sensor. If you would rather never think about oil at all, the identical filter is available in dry synthetic media as Pro DRY S, part number 11-10106.

Note: Part number 10-10106 is supplied as a single filter. Clean and re-oil at regular service intervals using aFe's Pro 5R restore kit — oiled-filter cleaner plus blue filter oil. Do not use dry-media cleaner on this filter, and do not over-oil it: excess oil can foul the mass airflow sensor. aFe states this product does not require a CARB EO number.
