The Bilstein B8 Performance Plus front left strut assembly, part number 35-135913, is the driver's-side front strut for a 911 that has already been lowered. A complete monotube gas-pressure strut with a shortened body, valved to control a lowered chassis properly.
For lowered or sport suspension only. Coverage spans the 991.1 and 997. B8 Performance Plus is built specifically to pair with aftermarket lowering springs or factory sport suspension. The shortened body is what makes that work — and it is also why this is the wrong part for a stock-height car. On factory springs a B8 runs out of travel, rides harshly and wears out early. If your 911 sits at factory ride height, buy the B6 Performance instead.
