BMC FB750/04 Replacement Air Filter Kit covers the flat-six 981 Boxster and Cayman and the 4.0-litre 982 GT4, Spyder and Boxster GTS. BMC supplies this part number as a full kit — every element the car takes, in one box.

BMC is the oiled-cotton option, made in Italy. Multi-layered cotton gauze soaked in low-viscosity oil, wrapped in an epoxy-coated alloy mesh that resists petrol fumes and humidity. BMC rates the media at 7 microns against roughly 10 for OEM paper — more airflow and finer filtration together. Supplied pre-oiled and regenerated with a BMC cleaning kit rather than replaced. Apply oil sparingly at service time.

Note: BMC lists FB750/04 as a Full Kit — it contains every filter element the listed applications require. This part number is for flat-six cars only. The turbocharged flat-four 718 (982) 2.0 and 2.5 take a different BMC part number. Clean and re-oil at service intervals with a BMC regeneration kit; use BMC filter oil only and apply it sparingly.

Installation Instructions:

One box for a GT4 or a base 981, and nothing disposable in it.
