K&N 33-2807 High-Flow Replacement Air Filter is the drop-in element for the 3.0-litre 944 S2. It fits the original airbox with no modification and replaces the disposable paper filter permanently.
Oiled cotton, the original high-flow media. K&N layers oiled cotton gauze between epoxy-coated aluminium mesh, rated to flow up to 50% more air than a paper filter and tested in an ISO 5011 laboratory for filtration efficiency. Supplied pre-oiled; washed and re-oiled with a K&N Recharger kit, with up to 50,000 miles between cleanings under normal driving. Apply oil sparingly at service time.
