This isn't a generic flash. Our 997.1 Carrera S X51 calibrations are developed in-house, optimized on the dyno, and tested on the street and track. Every map is built around your fuel, your hardware and how you actually drive the car — real gains with factory-level refinement and reliability.

Estimated on a healthy car with known-good fuel:

• 381 hp → 388 hp — estimated gain of +7 hp
• 306 lb-ft → 315 lb-ft — estimated gain of +9 lb-ft
• Fuel maps available for 91, 93 and 100 octane
• Sharper throttle response and revised rev limits
• Calibrated for consistent performance in all conditions

This calibration is for the 997.1 Carrera S fitted with the factory X51 power kit — revised intake, uprated heads and sport exhaust on the M97 3.8L naturally aspirated flat-six, good for 381 hp as delivered.

Be straight with yourself about this one. At roughly 2% more power, this is the smallest gain in our entire Porsche range, and the reason is simple: Porsche already spent the calibration margin when they built X51. There is very little left in the file. What you get is a sharper pedal, cleaner fuelling and a revised rev limit — real, but modest. If you want a meaningful step on an X51 car, hardware is the honest answer, not software. We would rather tell you that now than take the order and disappoint you.

• 1. Order online. We ship you an OBDII data cable — typically 2–3 days to arrive.
• 2. Read your stock file. Plug the cable into your OBD port, upload your factory file, then email it to us with a list of your current modifications.
• 3. Get your file back the same day. We email your custom calibration back the day we receive your stock read — and we'll make sure you're happy with it.

Before you order:

• Power figures are estimates, not guarantees. Results vary with fuel quality, altitude, ambient temperature, mechanical condition, supporting modifications and dyno methodology.
• Mechanical condition — tuning raises cylinder pressure and driveline load. The car must be sound first. On a 997.1 M97 engine that means knowing where you stand on bore scoring and IMS bearing history before adding load; both are documented weak points of this generation. Pre-existing faults revealed or accelerated by tuning are not our responsibility.
• Accurate information required — we build the file from what you tell us. An unmodified stock read and an honest description of the car, its modifications and its condition are required.
• Warranty — an ECU modification will likely void any remaining factory powertrain warranty.
• Legal use — certain calibrations are for off-road and competition use only. Compliance with federal, state and local emissions law is the buyer's responsibility.
• Risk and liability — the customer assumes the risk of modification. Our liability is limited to the price of the tuning service.
