Porsche Carrera GT 5.7 V10 ECU Tuning – Optimized Performance | 2003–2006
This isn't a generic flash. Our Carrera GT calibrations are developed in-house, optimized on the dyno, and tested on the street and track. Work on a car of this significance begins with a conversation, not a checkout button.
Estimated on a healthy car with known-good fuel:
- 603 hp → 630 hp — estimated gain of +27 hp
- 435 lb-ft → 460 lb-ft — estimated gain of +25 lb-ft
- Fuel maps available for 91, 93 and 100 octane
- Sharper throttle response and revised rev limits
- Calibrated for consistent performance in all conditions
The Carrera GT runs the 5.7L naturally aspirated V10 derived from Porsche's abandoned Le Mans programme — a racing engine in a road car, revving to 8,400 rpm. Be realistic about what a flash does here: roughly 4%, won through ignition timing, fuelling, throttle mapping and rev limits, because there is no boost to raise. On an engine developed to this standard there is very little left in the file, and we will not pretend otherwise. What you get is a crisper pedal and a cleaner top end, on entirely stock hardware, with nothing physically altered.
We will not build a file for a Carrera GT without speaking to you first about the car, its history and its current condition. Fewer than 1,300 were built.
What's included:
- Custom ECU calibration developed around your fuel, hardware and driving preference
- Optimized ignition timing, fuelling and rev limits for your specific car
- Throttle response and drivability refinement
- Fuel map matched to the octane you actually run — 91, 93 or 100
- OBDII data cable shipped to you
- Same-day file turnaround once we have your stock read
- Direct consultation before any work begins
What we need from you:
- Your factory stock file, read with the cable we send you
- A complete list of current modifications
- Vehicle details and VIN
- An honest description of the car's mechanical condition and full service history
- The octane you run day to day
Supported Vehicles:
- Porsche Carrera GT — 5.7L naturally aspirated V10, 2003–2006
How to order:
- 1. Talk to us first. Get in touch before ordering so we can confirm the right calibration and the read process for your car.
- 2. Order online. We ship you an OBDII data cable — typically 2–3 days to arrive.
- 3. Read your stock file and email it to us with a list of your current modifications.
- 4. Get your file back the same day. We email your custom calibration back the day we receive your stock read — and we'll make sure you're happy with it.
In the Southern California area? Get in touch and we can tune your car in person instead.
Before you order:
- Power figures are estimates, not guarantees. Results vary with fuel quality, altitude, ambient temperature, mechanical condition, supporting modifications and dyno methodology.
- Mechanical condition — tuning raises cylinder pressure and driveline load. The car must be sound first, and on a car of this age, value and specification that matters more than on anything else we tune. Pre-existing faults revealed or accelerated by tuning are not our responsibility.
- Accurate information required — we build the file from what you tell us. An unmodified stock read and an honest description of the car, its modifications and its condition are required.
- Warranty — an ECU modification will likely void any remaining factory powertrain warranty.
- Legal use — certain calibrations are for off-road and competition use only. Compliance with federal, state and local emissions law is the buyer's responsibility.
- Risk and liability — the customer assumes the risk of modification. Our liability is limited to the price of the tuning service.
Note: Tuning services are non-refundable once the file has been delivered. The service is complete at delivery. Full terms are on our Terms of Service page.
